Getting Started
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per style per color. For complex designs with multiple colors or detailed customization, the MOQ may vary slightly. We're flexible for first-time orders to help you test the market.
How do I start an order with AWG Enterprises?
Simply fill out our quote request form with your product requirements, quantity, and design details. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a detailed quotation and next steps.
What products do you manufacture?
We specialize in custom sportswear and activewear including: casual wear (hoodies, t-shirts, joggers), fitness apparel (leggings, sports bras, tank tops), sports uniforms (soccer, basketball, football), and cycling gear (jerseys, shorts, gloves).
Do you work with startups and small brands?
Absolutely! We love working with emerging brands. Our low MOQ of 100 pieces makes it easy for startups to launch their clothing line without massive upfront investment. Many of our long-term clients started with small orders.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on several factors: fabric type and quality, order quantity, complexity of design, printing/embroidery requirements, and packaging needs. Higher quantities typically mean lower per-unit costs. Request a quote for exact pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union. For first orders, we typically require 50% deposit before production and 50% balance before shipping. Long-term clients may qualify for flexible payment terms.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden costs. Our quotation includes fabric, manufacturing, printing/embroidery, labeling, poly-bagging, and export packing. Shipping, customs duties, and taxes are quoted separately based on your destination.
Sampling & Design
Do you make samples before bulk production?
Yes, we always recommend creating pre-production samples (PPS) before bulk orders. Samples typically cost $30-$80 per piece depending on complexity. Sample cost is often credited toward your bulk order.
How long does sampling take?
Sample development takes 5-7 working days after design confirmation. Express samples can be completed in 3-4 days for an additional fee. Shipping to your location adds 3-5 days via express courier.
Can you help with design if I don't have one?
Yes! Our in-house design team can create custom designs based on your vision, reference images, or brand guidelines. This is part of our ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) service. We can also modify existing designs to suit your needs.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) for best print quality. High-resolution PNG or PSD files (300 DPI minimum) are also acceptable. Our design team can help convert or recreate files if needed.
Production & Quality
How long does bulk production take?
Standard production time is 2-4 weeks depending on order size and complexity. Rush orders can be completed faster with advance planning. We provide production updates throughout the process.
What quality standards do you follow?
We're ISO 9001:2015 certified and follow AQL 2.5 inspection standards. Every order goes through 5-stage quality control: fabric inspection, cutting QC, inline inspection, print/embroidery check, and final AQL inspection.
What printing methods do you offer?
We offer sublimation printing (best for polyester), screen printing, DTG (Direct-to-Garment), heat transfer, and embroidery. Our team will recommend the best method based on your design and fabric choice.
Can you source custom fabrics?
Yes, we can source specific fabrics based on your requirements—whether it's organic cotton, recycled polyester, moisture-wicking materials, or specialty blends. Custom fabric development is also available for larger orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to 30+ countries including USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Australia, UAE, and more. Door-to-door delivery is available for most destinations.
What shipping options are available?
Air freight (3-5 days), sea freight (15-25 days), and express courier via DHL/FedEx/UPS (2-4 days). We'll recommend the best option based on your budget and timeline.
Who handles customs and duties?
We handle all export documentation and customs clearance on our end. Import duties and taxes at your destination are typically the buyer's responsibility (DDU terms). DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) can be arranged upon request.
Private Label & Branding
Can I add my own brand labels and tags?
Absolutely! We offer complete private labeling including woven labels, printed labels, hang tags, care labels, custom packaging, and polybags with your branding. We remove all manufacturer branding.
Do you offer product photography?
Yes, we can photograph your products on mannequins or flat lay for your e-commerce store. Professional product photography is available as an add-on service. Ask for details when placing your order.
Can you dropship directly to my customers?
Yes, we offer dropshipping and blind shipping services where we ship directly to your end customers with your branding. This is ideal for e-commerce businesses. Contact us for dropship pricing.
